1. 1 Open the app and allow location so we can show bakers near you.
2. 2 Browse by category or search for a dish or treat, then open a store to see its menu.
3. 3 Add items to your cart and tap Checkout. Some items are preorders you collect on a future date.
4. 4 Enter your delivery address (or choose pickup) and add any notes, e.g. “no peanuts”.
5. 5 Pay by bank deposit within the payment window and upload your slip — your payment is held safely.
6. 6 Track the order from accepted → preparing → ready → out for delivery.

1. 1 Tap Custom Request and describe what you need (item, quantity, date, budget).
2. 2 Add a delivery requirement and any photos for reference.
3. 3 Nearby sellers receive your request and send offers with price and timing.
4. 4 Compare the offers and accept the one you like best.
5. 5 Pay to confirm — the funds stay held safely until handover.

How bank-deposit checkout keeps your money safe.

1. 1 At checkout, choose full payment or a deposit (where the seller allows it) — with the balance settled on handover, by cash or bank.
2. 2 Make the bank transfer to the details shown and upload your bank slip.
3. 3 Our team verifies the payment; the order then moves to accepted.
4. 4 Your money is held safely — the seller is not paid yet.
5. 5 Funds are released to the seller only after you confirm handover with your code.
6. 6 Any refund is credited to your Home Bites wallet as spendable credit for your next order.

Confirm your order arrived and release payment safely.

1. 1 When your order is on the way, you’ll get a push notification.
2. 2 On arrival, open the order to see your one-time code.
3. 3 Share the code with the seller or rider.
4. 4 They enter it to mark the order complete — this releases the held payment.
5. 5 Rate the food, communication, and delivery to help other buyers.

1. 1 Register as a seller and create your store profile (name, logo, area, hours).
2. 2 Complete identity verification so buyers see your verified badge.
3. 3 Add products with photos, prices, categories and prep times — or set up preorders for a future collection date.
4. 4 Receive direct orders and bid on custom requests.
5. 5 Prepare orders once payment is confirmed, hand over with the buyer's code, and get paid safely.

Update your details, control notifications, or delete your account.

1. 1 Edit your profile and addresses any time from Profile → Edit.
2. 2 Control location, camera, photos, and notification permissions in device settings.
3. 3 Turn off non-essential notifications from in-app settings.
4. 4 To remove your data, use Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or our web request.
